03 / MEET VICTORIA

Your host,
Victoria Acosta.

Victoria has worked in film for more than 20 years, in production, set decorating, the art department, and transportation. Her interest in interiors carries through to both houses, which she has furnished with a mix of vintage finds, art, and pieces collected over time.

Having traveled often for work, she pays attention to the practical details that make a stay comfortable. She manages both houses and handles booking requests herself.

She lives in La Grange with her dog Luna and spends much of her free time with her grandson.

See you in La Grange,
Victoria

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Are these two separate places to stay?

Yes. The Main House is a standalone cottage, and the Pink House is an upstairs garage apartment on the same property. Each is booked separately, or you can ask Victoria about reserving both. The Main House backyard is reserved for Main House guests.

How does booking directly work?

Choose your house and dates, then send your prepared request by email. Victoria will confirm availability, the full price, payment arrangements, and cancellation terms before you commit. Sending a request does not reserve dates.

Are the houses right on the river?

The houses are near the Colorado River and La Grange's town square. Neither house is waterfront or has private river access. Ask Victoria for local access and activity suggestions.

What should I know about the Pink House?

The apartment is upstairs, so stairs are required. Its bedrooms connect: you walk through the first bedroom to reach the second. The kitchenette has a refrigerator and microwave, but no stove.

What is the neighborhood like?

The houses are close to the square and share a property near local train tracks. You may hear passing trains, courthouse bells, or activities at the park. There are exterior security cameras at the entrances.
